Pricing

Hire an AI employee. Not a subscription.

CapacityBench is managed capacity, not software. You hire one role at a time, prove it works, then expand. No platform to manage. No agent zoo.

What does it replace?

Compare the cost of a managed AI employee against what you are spending now on the same repeat work.

Part-time admin

20 hrs/week at $25/hr = $2,000–$2,600/month. No benefits, no scalability, still needs managing.

Full-time coordinator

$45,000–$65,000/yr fully loaded = $3,750–$5,400/month. Hire time, training time, management time.

AI employee

$1,500/month. No hiring. No management. Faster. Consistent. Improving weekly.

What drives price

Simple rules. No surprises.

  • One repeat job, one price. No sliding scales for the same work.
  • Volume does not change the price unless the job genuinely changes.
  • More jobs means more AI employees, each at $1,000/month.
  • Higher-risk work takes longer to scope. We will say that upfront.
What is not included

We will tell you if it is not a fit.

  • Bespoke software build or API integration work
  • Processes where nobody owns the decision
  • Legal, medical, or financial judgment work
  • Anything that requires a person to be accountable

Questions before you start.

Why start with a trial?

Because picking the wrong job to hand off is expensive. The trial lets you confirm the work saves time before committing to a monthly fee.

What happens if the trial does not save time?

You cancel. You owe nothing beyond the trial. We will tell you honestly whether the job was the right fit or whether the work needs more definition first.

Is there a setup fee?

Usually no. If the job requires unusual access, custom data work, or multi-system integration, we will quote that separately before anything starts.

Do we need to know exactly what to hand off?

No. You need to know where repeat work is piling up. We help define the first job worth testing.

Can we cancel any month?

Yes. The managed fee runs month to month after the trial. There is no annual lock-in.

What stays with our team?

Approvals on anything outside the agreed limits. Decisions that need business judgment. Anything that could create liability if handled wrong.

Not sure which job to start with?

Run the readiness check. It takes 3 minutes and tells you the most practical first job to test.
